Most streetwear brands represent beaches on the other side of the world. But with a North Sea coast as raw and beautiful as ours, we realized it was time for something local. From freezing winter walks in the dunes to long summer nights at the beach bar, this is our home.
The Hague Surf Collective is a passion project born from a pure love for this coastal lifestyle. We design heavyweight, organic cotton apparel made for year-round coastal living. It is strong enough to handle the unpredictable Dutch wind, but comfortable enough for those endless summer nights. Simply put, it is high-quality clothing for anyone who feels connected to our city.

Production & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Great question! Our process is a little different because we believe in conscious creation. Every single item is custom-printed for you after you place an order. This means you get a freshly made product, and we completely avoid the waste that comes from overproduction.
Here’s how the timing breaks down:

Production (2-5 business days): Our expert printing partner need this time to craft your unique apparel with care.

Shipping: Once your item is ready, it’s shipped right out. The shipping time depends on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship all across Europe. Please be aware that for orders to non-EU countries, local customs fees may apply upon arrival. These are outside of our control.
Where is my order shipped from?
We work with multiple fulfilment centers across Europe to get your order to you as efficiently and sustainably as possible. Your order will be shipped from the location that can produce and deliver it to you the fastest!
What about the packaging?
We’re happy you asked! Our partners ship all apparel in polymer mailers made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics. PCR is a material made from everyday recyclables, which helps reduce our environmental footprint.
What if my order gets lost?
Oh no! First, please check the tracking number that was sent in your shipping confirmation email (sometimes it hides in the spam folder!). The quickest way to get an update is to contact the courier directly with that number. Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
All our apparel is unisex unless stated otherwise on the product page. Getting the right fit is super important, especially since we print each item just for you!
The best way to nail your size is to check the size chart on the product page.
Pro Tip: Grab your favorite t-shirt or hoodie from your closet, lay it flat, and measure its length and width. Compare those measurements to our chart to find your perfect match. It only takes a minute and helps us both reduce unnecessary returns!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, but we’d love to explain how our on-demand process works. Since every single item is custom-printed especially for you, returned items cannot be resold and contribute to waste. This is a core part of our commitment to sustainability.
That’s why we highly encourage you to use the “Pro Tip” in the sizing section to find your perfect fit before ordering. It saves you disappointment and helps us stay true to our mission! If you do need to start a return, please remember that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What if there's something wrong with my item?
That’s on us! If your item arrives damaged or has a print error, please contact us immediately at info@thehaguesurfcollective.com with a photo of the issue. We will sort it out for you right away.
